Privacy

Pehli Tareekh is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you give us under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We hold your name, email, the due dates and labels you type in, and basic security logs. We never ask for or hold bank, card or UPI details, and we never read your messages or contacts.

We use this only to show your calendar and send the reminders you switch on, based on your consent — which you can withdraw at any time. Hosting and email providers process data for us under contract; we sell nothing. Ask for access, correction or deletion at privacy@pehlitareekh.monster, or complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Data is deleted within 30 days of closing your account. For users aged 18+.

Terms

The service is free and only stores dates you enter. It does not make, schedule or cancel any payment, and it isn’t a bank, NBFC or financial adviser. Dates are only as accurate as what you type. Provided as is; to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for missed payments or third-party charges. Indian law applies; courts at Indore.

Cookies

One cookie (pt_cookie_pref) stores your choice. If you choose “Allow”, Snap Inc. may set _scid (up to 13 months) and _sctr (session) to measure ads. “Only needed” keeps the pixel off on later visits.
